Data workflow
Collect
Approved digital instruments, version-controlled consent wording and least-necessary data fields.
Transmit
Encrypted connections and controlled synchronisation from CAPI, ODK or KoboToolbox environments.
Review
Role-based access, completeness checks, GPS and timestamp review, and documented exception handling.
Close out
Controlled client transfer and secure disposal three months after project close-out where the contract and law permit.
